Dustin M. Amrein Dustin M. Amrein works on both the firm's litigation and transactional team.

Mr. Amrein graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor's in Political Science. He earned his Doctorate in Jurisprudence from Golden Gate University School of Law. In law school Mr. Amrein was selected for the Honors Lawyering Program where he participated in the school's legal aid clinic for eviction defense, was an extern for the Alameda County District Attorney's Office and an extern for the San Francisco Eviction Defense Collaborative. He competed in a national mock trial competition and earned an academic specialization certificate for litigation.

Since being admitted to the California Bar, Mr. Amrein has successfully represented clients in a variety of civil matters. He has represented Fortune 500 companies, national banks, and individual parties. He has experience with creditor rights, contract disputes, real estate transactions, employment law, wage and hour disputes, and landlord tenant matters. As a transactional attorney, Mr. Amrein has experience with real property conveyances, secured transactions, commercial and residential lease agreements, and timber harvest contracts.

Mr. Amrein is also an active member of the local legal community. He has served as the Chair for the Sacramento Bar Association's Real Property Law Section, and volunteers his time as a board member for the Sacramento Bar Association's Legal Referral Services Committee and E-Media Committee. Mr. Amrein relocated his family and practice of law from Sacramento to Placer County.
