The firm represents contractors and owners in construction disputes, buyers and sellers in contract disputes arising from real estate purchase contracts, owners in easement and boundary disputes, owners in environmental matters, and creditors with security interests in real property among many other types of matters involving real estate. We complement our litigation practice with the latest techniques in dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation, to offer our clients the most appropriate solutions to their issues.
